7 days · Costa RIca · Private Retreat · Duo Retreat · Small Group
Dear woman,
If you feel that something in your body - and in your life - is ready to change, but you don’t want to push, force, or fix yourself anymore,
this Womens Pelvic Floor Retreat may be for you.
If you’re tired of carrying tension, managing symptoms, or feeling disconnected from your pelvic floor,
La Loba offers a different approach.
This is not a program you have to “do right.”
It’s a space where your body is listened to — and where change happens at its own pace.
A space of safety, not pressure
Many women come to this Pelvic Floor Retreat carrying stress, shame, or exhaustion around their pelvic floor —
whether from childbirth, miscarriage, chronic tension, incontinence, or simply years of holding it all together.
At La Loba, nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.
You are never pushed to open, release, or share more than your body allows.
The holistic Pelvic Floor Work is slow, grounded, and deeply respectful of your nervous system.
The retreat
What this retreat is really about
La Loba is a 7-day somatic bodywork retreat that brings together:
pelvic floor education and embodied training
hands-on bodywork and massage
emotional release and somatic awareness
gentle spiritual practices rooted in presence, not performance
time in nature, by the ocean and in the jungle
You’ll learn to understand your pelvic floor physically, emotionally, and energetically —
and how it relates to stress, boundaries, trust, and your sense of inner stability.
Rather than “fixing” your body, the focus is on reconnection..
The pace is set by your body
Each day includes guided sessions, supportive touch, movement, rest, and spacious time to integrate.
There is room for:
deep relaxation
emotional release or clarity
silence, laughter, tears — or simply rest
beach time, swimming, journaling
a waterfall excursion into the surrounding jungle
You are invited to participate, not to perform.
Who this retreat is for
This retreat is for women who:
experience pelvic floor weakness, tension, or disconnection
want to feel strong and grounded without pushing themselves
are sensitive, body-aware, or emotionally attuned
want depth, but also safety and choice
are ready to slow down and listen inward
No prior yoga or bodywork experience is required.
What awaits you
At La Loba Pelvic Floor Retreat, the days unfold in a calm, grounded rhythm — guided, but never rushed.
The focus is not on doing more, but on listening more closely to your body and allowing it to lead the process.
You’ll be gently introduced to your pelvic floor in a holistic way — learning how it functions physically, how it responds to stress and emotion, and how to work with it in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.
This understanding creates a sense of clarity and trust that many women have never experienced before.
Through a combination of intuitive pelvic floor work, yoga, breathwork, and hands-on bodywork, tension can soften and awareness can grow — at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system.
There is space for rest, movement, touch, and integration, as well as time in nature to let everything settle.
Emotional release is approached with care and respect.
Nothing is forced, and nothing needs to be shared or expressed unless it feels right for you.
Often, simply being listened to — by yourself and by your body — is enough for meaningful change to begin.
The natural environment plays an important role in this process.
Time by the ocean, a waterfall excursion into the jungle, and moments of quiet presence support grounding, relaxation, and a deeper sense of connection.

My name is Britta.
I’m a German yoga teacher, massage therapist, and bodyworker, and I work with women who want to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, grounded, and respectful.
My own path into pelvic floor work is deeply personal.
After several miscarriages, I gave birth to two children — an experience that profoundly changed my relationship with my body, my pelvic floor, and my nervous system.
It taught me how much the body holds, how much it remembers, and how important it is to be met with patience rather than pressure.
When my younger child was just three months old, I moved to Costa Rica.
Living close to the jungle and the ocean has deepened my work even further — slowing my pace, sharpening my intuition, and rooting my practice in nature, presence, and lived experience rather than theory alone.
In my work, I combine pelvic floor education, hands-on bodywork, yoga, massage, and somatic awareness.
I don’t believe in forcing change or pushing the body to perform.
Instead, I create spaces where the body is listened to — and where change can happen gradually, at its own pace.
You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced to work with me.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for.
You only need a willingness to slow down and to meet yourself where you are.
I guide in a way that is attentive and practical.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to support you in understanding your body and trusting it again.
