Hi, I’m Britta,

I’m a mother of two daughters and a Yoga-, and Massage-Therapist. I’m born in Germany but in 2019 my family and I chose to move to the Caribean Sea. It's a beautyful place to see my children grow up, and a beautyful place for me to pursue my passion for work. Many women live here who want a natural birth and who have the courage to experience birth as an initiation.

I have long been interested in the female body and its abilities. I have spent thousands of hours to deepened my knowledge in many training and further education courses and applied it in many years of practice. I supported my two pregnancies and births with yoga therapy, both before and after the birth.

Beyond the female body I'm an absolute fan of alignment and structural health. In my yoga therapy sessions, I support women and men to be aware of there posture and "wrong" habits and thus initiate a self-determined healing process. In my massages I work holistically and individually, adapted to the needs of my counterpart. With good organic oils and skilful hand movements, the massage becomes a pleasant and nourishing experience.

My training in brief: Iyengar Yoga Therapy Assistant (2017-2019), Iyengar Yoga Instructor (2017), Prenatal Massage (2016), Prenatal Yoga (2016), Esalen Massage (2014), Kalari Abhjasam (2013), Iyengar Yoga for Women ( 2013), Ayurveda Massage (2012), Ayurveda Medicine for Women, Pregnant Women & Babies (2011), International Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa Yoga (2010), Therapy Program on Musculoskeletal System, Functional Approach to Disorders of the Lumbar Spine and Lower ( 2010), Traditional Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner (2008)
