Casa Matix is a Caribbean-style house set on a private plot of 1000 m² with its own tropical garden. It is a beachfront property that additionally offers a large tropical garden to enjoy nature. It is the ideal place for this private retreat with lots of privacy and just a few steps from the beach, very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants of Playa Punta Uva.Costs
Course fees: $ 400
The accommodation and food is separate. It is $50 per day for the room plus $38 for the food.

There is a chance to book private sessions with Amanda (Herbal Medicin) and Britta (Massage or PT in Pelvic Floor Issues) during the retreat. This is to be booked and paid extra.

I have spent thousands of hours to deepened my knowledge in many training and further education courses and applied it in many years of practice. I supported my two pregnancies and births with yoga therapy, both before and after the birth.
